InterKey for i-Mate PDA2k

InterKey and InterKey Portable utilities provide full i-Mate PDA2k data entry support: multilingual on-screen keyboards and multilingual input with i-Mate PDA2k portable keyboards. As optional feature, InterKey provides word autocomplete function, that completes words you are typing on the on-screen keyboard or i-Mate PDA2k external keyboard.

InterKey expands the capability of using i-Mate PDA2k on-screen keyboard. By default you have only default standard onscreen layout (English, or German, or French) on your i-Mate PDA2k. With InterKey for i-Mate PDA2k you can use up to 60 onscreen national layouts for the following languages:

InterKey Portable enables inputting information in any supported language using the same layouts with i-Mate PDA2k portable keyboard. The compatible keyboards are:

InterKey and InterKey Portable features:

• NEW! Word autocomplete function completes words you are typing on the on-screen keyboard or i-Mate PDA2k external keyboard. (This option is available in the Professional version only)
• Possibility to install and use up to 60 national layouts simultaneously
• Custom on-screen keyboard look (standard, color, 3D look, size, etc.)

• AltGrey key is supported for Greek, Polish, Hungarian, Slovenian, Slovak and Croatian keyboard layouts
• Gestures function support (fast entering of capital letters, spaces, etc.)
• Quick switching between languages (when you use more than one language layout)
• Auto-repeat function (when a key is pressed and held, InterKey enters and continues to enter the appropriate symbol at regular intervals until the key is released)
• Additional alternative layouts for some languages are available

Note! Correct working of InterKey Portable with Windows Mobile Second Edition (SE) is guaranteed only if the portable keyboard’s driver is also compatible with this OS.

In Language Extender, national languages support system for i-Mate PDA2k devices, InterKey features of specific language are also implemented (for example, Russian Language Extender has InterKey with Russian and Ukrainian languages support).

"I order my Dell X51v in french, but if you request a device in french, you have the keyboard in AZERTY. If you live at Canada, it's normal to use a keyboard QWERTY on any keyboard PC (PC or Apple).
